Fairyland is all mixed up! Can Rachel, Kirsty, and Pearl find the magic Cloud Feather in time to fix the weather in Fairyland?

The seven Weather Fairies have lost their magical feathers, which are needed to bring the weather to Fairyland. When everyone in Wetherbury is gloomy, Rachel and Kirsty believe the Cloud Feather is the reason.  The girls go to see Pearl the Cloud Fairy to help her find it.
